getting back on track

13.6.13

alright friends, it's happening. i'm doing it. i'm getting my pregnant little self back into shape! i'm doing it with a little support from a good friend of mine (who is, by the way, about 7 1/2 months along and a freakin' rock star! i'm talking pilates/zumba instructor, former jazz dancer and a personal trainer) and she is going to kick me back into shape. now don't get me wrong, i never want to seem like i'm complaining about weight or anything of the sort- i have just noticed myself get slightly lazier and definitely losing the drive to keep on track and work hard. i know that i'll need to be taking it a little easier with a baby on board, but that doesn't mean i can't stay fit and tough, right?
well, it started this week and we're trying different workouts to keep things interesting. tuesday was powerflex and kickboxing, yesterday was a weight training class (but with bands and light light weights, no worries!), and today i'm headed off the pilates. tomorrow i'm taking it easy with just a yoga class and then saturday, of course, is yoga and zumba as usual! i'm proud of myself, getting off the couch and getting back to the gym! it's always so hard at first to get back into it, but it always feels so great and so worth it once i'm done!
now this post is maybe a little more for me, kind of a diary or journal to keep track of where i'm at and hopefully see a little improvement, maybe it will inspire or maybe you'll be bored with it, but if nothing else, it's a start!
i also got a little help from moving comfort to get my "gym on" in a fashionable way! ;)
sports bra: c/o moving comfort, tank: victorias secret, leggings: c/o moving comfort, shoes: nike (want these!)

  7. Now, take a ruler and live the tracings. For length, you'll be wanting to live accurately from the longest purpose on the toes to the longest purpose on the heel. For width, you'll be wanting to live between the 2 widest points on every foot. live in either inches or centimeters.

Some provide lightweight weight, others square measure a trifle heavier created for additional aggressive players. make certain and explore the descriptions of the shoes, thus you get the kind you would like.
