this week has actually gone by semi-quickly, which feels great because i'm
so close to the weekend i can almost taste it!
also, getting excited for our ugly sweater party this saturday and have been working on some killer outfits and white elephant gifts. don't worry, i'll post pictures... :)
on another note, hubs and i went to lunch tuesday and decided to take some photos
apparently he thought what i was wearing was "outfit post worthy"
i love that he's getting into this whole fashion blogging thing
i'm kind of loving the messy casual look lately and have been wearing lots of
comfy oversized everythings!
has baggy become the new chic? YES!- in some occasions and if done right.
if you get a chance, you should probably check out this amazing necklace at cheerfully charmed it is the perfect necklace going into the holidays and i'm pretty sure i'll even be sporting it with my sweet outfit for the party!
oxfords: tj maxx (similar), necklace: cheerfully charmed, hobo bag: old (want this one)
yay definitely outfit post worthy :)
ReplyDeletecan't wait to see the photos from the party!

Aw thank you!
DeleteHey Robyn love the blog, looks to have improved a bit over time, I love your makeup, could you post a tutorial about it? Or at least the lips, I love a nude lip, I'm obsessed actually, I have probably 50 nude lipsticks and glosses all similar but none quite perfect, please.

So glad you like it! I would be happy to do a makeup tutorial! Check in to see it soon!
DeleteI do think the baggy or "slouchy chic" look has become popular...with a younger age than even us (cool 20 & unders mainly on the West Coast). With age, as in 30-40, I think it would be harder to pull off; however, your look above would definitely look cool at any age!

Love this one...I might even try to recreate it! Sadly, you took all the 'long-leg' genes, so I won't have a chance of looking as cute as you, but I will give it a shot :)
ReplyDeleteHaha I can imagine it would look just as cute on you sister!
DeleteI love the masculine meets feminine in this look! It's so funny, my husband is getting into taking all my photos. He's talking about getting fancy lenses for his camera, etc. So cute ;)
