feeling a little preppy

 it was a little chilly over the weekend, so i sported my sweater and "preppy college girl" outfit. every once in a great while i will do one of these looks and it's usually by accident. however, the prep look stops after my ankles and i get a little more "me" in there with my new favorite high top chucks! don't get me wrong, i love jcrew as much as the next girl, but refuse to wear fitted slacks, fitted skirts and button downs every day. it doesn't exactly scream comfortable to me, but every once in a while i get an itch to do something a little different and today i feel like it worked out pretty well! however, the only way i was able to do so, is the fact that i am wearing a mens button down, a mens sweater, and boyfriend fit jeans, ha! what does that tell you? either crazy tomboy here or i'm just avoiding wearing anything clingy or tight on my body these days with this slowly growing belly! soon enough i will want to rock it, but it's still in the awkward "is she pregnant or just chubby" looking phase ;)
