18 weeks!

the best way to describe pregnancy so far is that it goes by so fast in slow motion. total oxymoron right? but it is so true and i'm sure all you lovely ladies who have done can attest to this! i look back and think holy cow, it feels like yesterday when we found out there was going to be a little addition to the family, yet it still feels lightyears away before we'll actually have the little babe here. i'm just about halfway, but i'm sure the last half goes much slower than the first, so we may have to check back in and see if it's really flying by at that point...ha!

as for other good news, i am back in ship shape and feeling pretty good as of yesterday, however hubs came down with something awful last night and was miserable all night, so we can't quite shake this bug! i'm hoping it's over and done because we leave for hawaii in 5 days and i refuse to be miserable on a 5 1/2 hour plane ride! cross your fingers and wish us luck!

also, just a little side note- i apologize for my granny hands, it doesn't matter how much lotion i put on them, apparently baby sucks out all moisture from my skin! did anyone ever notice that specific to being pregnant? i've never had this dry of hands! haha.
