Just Organic Juice - 3 Day Cleanse!

2.5.14

So in my last post I had mentioned my 3 Day Cleanse that I just finished on Wednesday and today I am telling you all about it- literally! I decided to document my cleanse to give people an idea of how I was feeling each day and let you know how I liked the juices and how I was feeling during my cleanse. It's definitely not the easiest thing and the juices the first day weren't as easy to get down, but I realized within hours of starting the cleanse my body already felt different and by day two I was feeling like I had more energy, I felt lighter and overall I felt very in control. Part of the reason I did this cleanse was to prove to myself I can say "no" from time to time and deny myself of things, even when I really want them (kind of like when I woke up day 3 and thought I could just about annihilate a 5 guys burger!) Overall, I don't necessarily believe in fad diets or "diets" in general, but this is one of the healthiest ways that I can hit a little restart button and give myself a good place to start from when I feel like I'm starting to fall off the wagon (the healthy wagon, that is). For those of you who are interested in more information about this particular cleanse that I did, go to justorganicjuice.com to get all of their info about the juices, the nutritional value and the different packages they offer. I did the "Hard Boot 3 Day Cleanse" but they offer a 1 day and a 5 day cleanse as well. They also have some juices that are just great to add into your daily routine (I will be getting the Sunrise and the Pineapple JalapeƱo soon!) I am also actually planning to do this same cleanse again in a couple of weeks and may try and do the 5 day this next time! I just love the way I feel afterwards and love challenging myself!

So posted below are my three videos from each day of my cleanse. Most were taken in one take so don't judge me of all my "um's" because I'm definitely still not quite that comfortable on camera, haha! You can also probably hear Olivia from time to time because she is playing on the floor in front of me, just in case you're wondering where the little "coo's" are coming from :)
Thanks for reading and if you have any questions at all, post in the comments below!

  1. Awesome! I'm on the last day of a cleanse myself after a little indulgence on my trip last week. I've been juicing on my own, but I definitely will have to check out the just organic juice! I think it would make it a little bit easier than having to fix it all myself. Way to go! I'm feeling great too, and definitely so glad I did it.

    1. Oh wow, good for you doing it all yourself! I couldn't handle the mess and pain of doing it all so I went the easy route, but either way juice cleanses are amazing!

  4. Would you recommend a 1 day cleanse first if I have never done a juice cleanse before? How did you avoid snacking if you felt hungry??

    Thanks!
